Do you have a delivery charge?
Yes, only $5.50 for restaurants within your delivery area. A 15%-20% gratuity for your driver is suggested on all orders.
What's the minimum order amount?
The minimum food order is $10.00 for lunch and $15.00 for dinner, per restaurant, plus delivery fee, tax and tip.
How much should I tip the driver?
Our drivers are reliable and dedicated and make every effort to deliver your meal timely. A 15%-20% gratuity is suggested on all orders. Our drivers truly appreciate your generosity. They use their own vehicles and gas. Their main source of income IS tips. Each of our drivers only handle your delivery from start to finish and each delivery can take up to 1 (one) hour.
What if I want to order from a restaurant outside my delivery area?
That's NO problem. The appropriate delivery fee for restaurants outside your delivery area will be automatically calculated and added to your order. A delivery fee of $5.50 applies to your delivery area, $6.50 from an adjacent area, and $7.50 from a distant area. Please always remember that delivery times may be longer when ordering from outside your area.
When should I order?
Orders take approximately one hour from the time you order. So, it's best, that you place your order at least one (1) hour before delivery time.
Can I place my order in advance?
YES!! We strongly suggest placing an order in advance. Advanced orders can be placed online up to 2 DAYS before desired delivery time/date. Click on the Advance Ordering /Takeout button at the top of this page to schedule a future delivery.
Can I order from more than one restaurant at one time?
Yes!!! You may order from as many restaurants as you wish, however, a $3.00 delivery fee will be added for each additional restaurant. Orders from different restaurants may be delivered by different drivers at different times to insure prompt, HOT meals.
What are your hours?
Our hours of operations are:
Monday - Thursday from 11:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 10:00
Saturday from 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Sunday from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Advance Orders can be made by going into www.phone4food.com 24 hours a day byclicking the "Advance Order" button at the top of this page and selecting your desired delivery date and time.
If you have a special delivery and need it outside our normal business hours, please call us at least 24 hours in advance at 561-792-4321. We will be happy to accommodate you.
How long will my order take?
We work hard to make sure your order gets to you within the hour from the time you place it. Please take into consideration that restaurants' preparation times, weather and traffic may affect us from time to time, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
Will my meal be hot by the time I get it?
Definitely!!! We place your order with the restaurant when our driver is on the way to pick it up to ensure FRESH, HOT, DELICIOUS meals to you all the time. Once your driver picks up your order he/she will place your order, immediately, into an insulated thermal catering bag to keep it HOT, FRESH and DELICIOUS, and delivers it directly to you. It couldn't be hotter if you went to pick it up yourself!
Do you take credit cards?
Yes! We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express as well as cash. Credit cards are processed at the time of your order in a secured site. Cash payments are made directly to the driver upon delivery.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, and what a great gift they make!!! These are great gifts for your family, friends, teachers, employees, co-workers, and clients. We are able to provide gift certificates in any denomination. Click on Gift Cards in the restaurant list or call us at 561-792-4321 during regular business hours.
Can I use restaurant coupons?
No, sorry. Our partner restaurants love to serve you in person for those special times. They welcome your coupons for those times when pampering, in-restaurant meals, is what you're looking for.
What do you do with the information you collect from me?
Privacy is our main concern. We don't share your information with anyone. Your information is stored in a secure and private database.
What else do I need to know?
Restaurants' menus and prices are subject to change. You may NOT cancel your order once it's placed. Call us immediately at 561-792-4321 if your meal was incorrectly packaged or there was a problem with your order. Again, don't forget to tip our drivers. We appreciate your business and look forward to delivering, to you, FRESH, HOT and DELICIOUS meals with a SMILE.
